The proposed site is located at Bukit Jana. 
A town in Kamunting, Taiping, Perak. The site potential tourism spot. Located 
approximately 500m away from Taiping Golf Resort and Kompleks Rakan Muda Larut, Matang & Selama. Its also near to Bukit Janawaterfall the is ecology area that full with flora and fauna. The site is suitablefor Eco technology & Biodiversity Centre centre where is basically flora fauna managed with the principles of sustainable development. That is not only increase the economics value, but it has the added value of natural communities that has value and aesthetic beauty.Eco Tourism and Biodiversity Centre is an Eco-Tourism science based suitable for researchers, scientist & also visitor from all around the world to experience biodiversity of Kamunting while rejuvenate with tempting natural setting of flora fauna & well-blend architectural elements with natural enviroment to enhance the awareness of biodiversity besides appealing to science.

The steep and narrow plot with relatively small area and northern slope lead to architectural solutions creating a pleasant living environment.  The design meets the original value of local architectural heritage such as simplicity,  functionality and appropriate human scale. Daylight in the building not just for physiological and physiological cause, but also for energy saving that could be obtained through a suitable daylight and an optimal integration between daylight and electrical light and cooling system. One of the keys to passive design is a natural daylight that can impact on building and occupant performance. A kinetic façade allows movement on a building's surface by changing dynamic instead being static or fixed. A façade that not only provides aesthetic value to the structure, but also responds to the current luminance and illuminance in the building, maximizing natural lighting comfort for the building's performance and occupant comfort. Sun shading is the most effective solution on controlling illuminance in the building. By combining shading with technology, it will make illuminance control in the building. this paper aims to access daylight illuminance by using kinetic façade design.
