FLAT PACK BAG PACK

 A homeless, or a catastrophe/disaster victim
Imagine that im have lost everything I’ve ever owned and have been thrown on the streets of Seremban. My priorities have changed, what was once about branded clothes and fancy restaurants have shifted to trying to survive everyday life. Priorities became simpler although not necessarily easy to achieve. The public has been known to be a public prosecutor, therefore, I are judged with a simple glimpse of the clothes I wear or the way im salvage my food out of pure hunger. What was once a soft, warm and quiet nights have drifted to a lonely, cold and endless fear of survival. My ‘Flat Pack Bag Pack’ would be one of your survival tools to survive the harsh environments in the streets of Georgetown. This peoject has been done in a group with 5 of members.

 Building occupants prefer spaces with good daylight distribution for their living and working spaces. It is particularly important in a workspace that sunlight is present for indoor illumination in order to affect worker satisfaction, performance, and productivity (Nazzal, 2005). It could be a disadvantage for optimal visual conditions to have a lot of daylight available in the building, not only because of psychological reactions to too much sunlight, but also because of the change of daylight properties over time. Natural daylight in a building such as workspace is highly detrimental to the productivity of the occupant and possibilities to the performance of an organization. In a tropical climate, the sky is predominantly intermediate, with inconsistent clouds, which will influence the amount of direct sunlight and daylight available. (Lim, 2014).

Daylight in the building not just for physiological and physiological cause, but also for energy saving that could be obtained through a suitable daylight and an optimal integration between daylight and electrical light and cooling system. One of the keys to passive design is a natural daylight that can impact on building and occupant performance. A kinetic façade allows movement on a building's surface by changing dynamic instead being static or fixed. A façade that not only provides aesthetic value to the structure, but also responds to the current luminance and illuminance in the building, maximizing natural lighting comfort for the building's performance and occupant comfort. Sun shading is the most effective solution on controlling illuminance in the building. By combining shading with technology, it will make illuminance control in the building. this paper aims to access daylight illuminance by using kinetic façade design.
