TINEL VACATION HOUSE, CROATIA by SODA ARCHITEKTI tinel vacation house was designed by soda architect in Korčula, croatia. the house started to construct on 2015 and finished on 2017. Site Analysis Site analysis is a preliminary phase of architectural and urban design processes dedicated to the study of the climatic, geographical, historical, legal, and infrastructural context of a specific site. The result of this analytic process is a summary, usually a graphical sketch, which sets in relation the relevant environmental information with the morphology of the site in terms of parcel, topography, and built environment. This result is then used as a starting point for the development of environment-related strategies during the design process.

 Seremban old city center was developed since British era and previously known as Sungei Ujong before 1899s. Since then, Seremban old town city has unique multicultural and religious. This uniqueness gives vital character to this old town where the old settlement of Malay, Chinese and Indian still exist and doing their local activities. On the other hand, Seremban Municipal Council Hall has initiated Heritage Trail of Seremban in order to promote the old town of Seremban. However, the richness of the local cultural not being celebrates, preserved and appreciated by the local people and visitors such as old buildings been abandoned and unmaintained, old streets dominated by the vehicular not humans etc. Hence, this might have affected the identity of Seremban itself.
